For Tracy Blackwood, famous artist David Blackwood was not only a magical inspiration, he was the uncle who taught her how to paint when she was a child.

“He had a pretty profound impact,” said Tracy, who is a graduate of Sir Wilfred Grenfell College in Corner Brook and grew up in Wesleyville.
